Hair expert, celebrity stylist and salon owner, Angela Calisti is known for her expertise in balayage, dry cutting and extensions, and has styled some of the hottest celebrities in the business including: Sophia Richie, Bella Thorne, Olivia Culpo, James Franco, Amanda Steele, Francia Raisa, and Olivia Palermo, to name a few.
A native New Yorker, Calisti has been doing hair professionally for over 15 years and trained alongside top New York City stylists John Barrett and Oscar Blandi. In 2012, she booked her first television job as a hairstylist on E!’s hit reality show, Married to Jonas. Since, Calisti gone on to work on multiple television and film productions, as well as celebrity fashion and advertising campaigns such as Bethenny Frankel’s Skinnygirl, and Madonna and Lourdes Leon’s Material Girl. She has also toured with musicians Fifth Harmony and Kate Pierson. She currently travels worldwide with Bella Thorne, as her personal hairstylist.
When Angela is not busy getting her celebrity clients red carpet ready and traveling the world, she can be found at her charming boutique salon in Astoria, Beauty Social.
